- Floating through the air for 40 to 70 minutes depending on weather condition.

- An E-Certificate of First Flight shall be handed over duly signed by your pilot
- Drop off back to hotel between 08.00 AM to 9.00 AM depending on hotel location and traffic

Highlights of the Tour
- Flight Eligibility Policy: We are not able to fly passengers falling in the below categories.
- Pregnant Women are not Allowed in Balloon Flights
- Serious heart problems or any other medical conditions will not be suitable for this trip
- Anyone who had major surgery recently within the last 6 months
- Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm
- Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
- Anyone that has a Phobia in height
- Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities
- Also all passengers should sign the declaration that he/ she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
- Refund Policy:
- Before 48 hours prior to flight departure: No cancellation fee
- Before 18 hours prior to flight departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 18 hours or less prior to flight departure: 100% cancellation fee

- Children less than 7 years of age & Anyone more than 80 years of age will not be permitted to fly. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The maximum weight limit is Max 120 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge
