Cancellation Policy

1)General Policy:

Cancellations are applicable only if it have been updated more than 48 hours before the check-in date. After 48 hours one day charges will apply. Cancellation refunds are subject to case-by-case.

2)Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some special rates or promotional offers may be non-refundable. In these cases, cancellations or changes will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.

3)No-Show Policy:

The reservation will be considered a no-show if a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification. No-show reservations will be charged for the entire stay.

4)Early Departure:

Guests who depart before the scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for the unused nights.

5)Special Circumstances:

In the event of a natural disaster, emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, cancellations will be handled case-by-case. Depending on the situation, guests may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

6)Modification Policy:

Changes to the reservation (dates, room type, etc.) may be made subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Modifications should be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date to avoid additional charges.

7)Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The amount will be refunded to the customer as per the details provided in the cancellation form.
